Hi Babs, this is a great question! Yes, this computer processor and the integrated graphics will work well for Adobe Photoshop as the Ryzen 5 and Intel 5 both work for editing photos. That said... if you are a serious photographer working on large size photos, and amounts of photos, with intense work on these graphics occurring it is always recommended to purchase a device with a dedicated graphics card as you will be using your computer graphics to maximum capacity.
