• The Geek Squad got it ready for me. I use Quicken so they added it and Microsoft Office and Webroot Security. It was ready to use when I got it home.

• Yes it does, but just your basic stuff like email, office, antivirus, etc. There aren't any ads, games, or things that you won't use that pop up out of nowhere.
