Hello and thank you for asking. All new HP computers come with Windows 11. Windows 10 is no longer available from Microsoft for PC manufacturers like HP to license and install on new computers. Microsoft stopped selling OEM licenses for Windows 10 Home and Pro in January 2023 and it is no longer available for purchase from Microsoft.
