• No, I just used my headset and set all noise to come through the headset

• It does not have a headphone output. You would need an adapter for your xbox or use the controllers 3.5mm port.

• Sorry it doesn't have speakers nor does it have headphone jack output. The monitor has two HDMI inputs only.

• No. You would have to hook up to an audio out jack or a headphone jack on your computer or xbox. Bluetooth is another option if your computer is so enabled.
