“Ink cartridges I have a hp photo smart plus B209 a-m printer and I'm trying to find out what ink cartridges it takes? I have 564xl and color seems to work fine but can't get the black to print. Do I need different cartridge for black?”

• This happened to me recently after replacing my black cartridge. I performed the 'clean printheads' operation on my printer and that fixed my issue.

• One cartridge is larger than the other, the small one fits my printer. The ink is gone in a blink of an eye. I used to love HP products and had them purchased at the office. NOT any more.
