What is the shelf life of a HP 920 color cartridge? null

There is an expiration date on the package.

Before you buy more ink. Take a Q-tip and dip it in Alcohol and clean the contacts on the Ink cartridges and the slot the ink Cartridge goes. Remove the printer head and wipe with Alcohol. I found that this worked. My printer sits for 6 months with out being used.

I have no idea, but I have purchased cartridges on sale and held them in reserve for a year or so and they have always worked. They are well sealed but easy to open.

Depending on usage my cartridge last me 8 - 9 months but with less printing it can last 1 year

Each cartridge has its own expiration date printed on the box.
