I have 3 unopened new boxes of HP 952XL cartridge's I bought from your store but can't find my cash receipt,I'm packing to move back to California soon and my printer just broke and I wanted to return them for store credit.... Is that possible? null

I know this a late response, hopefully you've gotten an answer by now, but if not and you still have them, I would just try to bring them to a stir for credit.

Three years is a long time. Without a receipt Best Buy needs your phone number or a Rewards card number for tracking purchases, but I don't know if their database can go back that far. If so, they may be able to accept the return (assuming the shelf life is not an issue).

When something similar happened and I went online with HP to get a new printer, they asked if I had any new cartridges to sell back. Maybe that is an option.

Ended up giving mine to friends who had same printer needs.

I returned/exchanged mine without a receipt 30 days after the purchase. They were able to track the card number I used to locate the receipt. Pretty simple process.

Best Buy will almost always be able to look up your receipt. If other factors are good they will very likely refund your purchase. Don't take this answer as ANY kind of policy statement.

Probably, but I would call BB first just to make sure. Also, make sure to get another printer from Best Buy & get the extended coverage. Definitely worth it !!!
