- Answer Hello, Maria. Thanks for your question. This HP Deskjet 3755 printer uses WiFi technology. If you want a direct connection. We recommend using WiFi Direct. Wireless Direct (WiFi Direct) allows you to directly connect to a printer from a mobile device or computer without the need for internet access or a wireless network. You would connect to the printer’s wireless direct signal just like you would connect to a wireless network. The printer would have a unique name in your wireless connections, i.e. Direct-04-Printer. If your laptop has Windows 7 or higher, you can use this HP Deskjet 3755 printer.

- Answer Yes you can print labels as long as they are inkjet labels. You can use 4x6, 5x7, or 8.5x11 photo paper.

QuestionI didn't use my printer for awhile and now all of a sudden the drum has dried out and only prints partials words. Is that normal for this printer because I'm considering buying another as I liked the portability of it.

QuestionWhy there are SO many complaints about the speed, (I even saw as slow as 4 or 5 ppm), if this HP DeskJet 3755 states that it prints 8 ppm, (in blk/wh)? Does it not print in the speed that it claims?? Or, does it print at a diff #pm when it's on wi-fi??

- Answer Pages per minute printed will vary based on content, black and white printing versus color, and even the wifi connection (you got that part!). The print speed varies, but it does print the 8 ppm in black and white

- Answer yes. if you setup the wireless option. it can print from your computer, thru usb.. or from wireless if you connect it to your wireless internet. then you can print to it from anywhere you have an internet signal.

- Answer Hi, I can print from my Surface Pro and iPhone 6 Plus with no issue. I downloaded HP app on both devices. I have not had any issues at all. I hope this helps you.
