- Answer I use it with HP Pavilion dv7t Quad Edition from 2013 with Intel Core i7 Windows 7, not a touch screen, so I don't really know for sure.

- Answer It didn't need a disc. I set it up pretty much like a bluetooth speaker. Once my phone and laptop were paired with it, it was good to go. It came with some simple set-up instructions .
