I bought this printer just for the time being while I was waiting for a new printer (more expensive) from HP to arrive. I think I love this one. The only thing it doesn’t do is print double sided but otherwise excellent. And so small!!!
This is a tiny little printer, but it prints great. We also purchased the HP Ink package which is a huge plus. Because of its size, it has no internal memory. Scanning to copy is fine, but scanning to digitally save isn't possible. But for retirees, it's great!
It’s a nice simple little printer. But I don’t like the fact when you join Instant ink, they control your printer. I ran out of black ink and instant Ink sent me a color cartridge. I had to print out some things so I bought a black cartridge from Best Buy. I was with Instant Ink for two years and only had 2 cartridges sent to me. That was OK because I don’t print much. I canceled my membership because they did not hold up their end of the bargain by sending ink as needed. (their mistake ) I ended up paying for an ink cartridge from Best Buy.
Then and get this, my printer would not print because it was not an instant ink cartridge. However, it was a genuine HP cartridge.
So Instant Ink shut down my printer. Perfectly fine working printer. Support could not help me get back into the membership because their website kept giving me errors. I needed to print more and now my printer wouldn’t work at all. (It was explained to me because I had one genuine cartridge and one instant Ink, Instant Ink would not permit me to print)! They have full control over your printer. All these months I paid instant Ink and only received two cartridges. And they stop me from printing because I bought the cartridge that wasn’t from them? Really?
So, I had to buy a whole new printer. I bought this one again because it’s the cheapest for printing from my iPad. Now I have one in teal and one in gray. Not happy but what can you do?
I loved this printer. First I thought it's so small like How to print? How to scan? How to make copies? But when I started using it, it's really great. Loved all the features and would recommend it to everyone of you. And it doesn't take much space.
Wow! Its small, portable, and sleek! I have moved this printer several times and it looks good everywhere I placed it. So far we have used it for pictures, projects, and Homeworks. It is currently in my foyer and everyone that visited have raved about how cute and functional it is. Here are two photos of it with open and closed.
The analysis of all aggregated expert reviews shows that the reviewers are positive about multifunction, reliability, design and size. Editors are less positive about performance and paper handling and have mixed opinions about noise. Using an algorithm based on product age, reviewers ratings history, popularity, product category expertise and other factors, this product gets an alaTest Expert Rating of 87/100 = Very good quality.
A:AnswerThis printer has single cartridge mode available. You have to take the color cartridge out when it runs out and then the printer will go into single cartridge mode and only print using the black cartridge.
A:AnswerIt takes just the black cartridge and tricolor cartridge. I purchased two extra of each because they were on sale for $12 each but normal price is just a couple dollars more than that. They say they last about 100 sheets each and I so far believe that. So they don't last long if you do major printing but for everyday at home use I find its great and inexpensive. Hope that helps.
A:AnswerGreat question. Yes, you can use a Samsung smartphone to print to this printer. All you need to do is install the free HP ePrint app on your phone and you will be able to send photos, documents, websites, etc to your printer. I hope this helps.
This printer uses HP cartridge 65 for both BLACK and COLOR. Having one number for both makes it easier to remember when you're buying.
I purchased the HP 3755 2 days ago and it prints beautifully.
Some people on this site say it is so slow, but I have not found that to be the case. When printing one page, I thought it was very quick. Then I printed a chart with cells and shading in WORD 2013 and it printed in a reasonable time with beautiful quality. Also I was surprised at how small it is, and that works for me because space is limited.
Overall I am pleased.
A:AnswerGood question. You can purchase photo paper that is available in stores to print pictures. If you wish, you can also print them on regular printer paper, but they won't be photo paper quality. I hope this helps.
