Hello, according to the Sims4 specifications on their website this laptop should be sufficient however whenever looking to game it is always recommended to have a dedicated graphics card and the strongest processor, in this situation a Ryzen 7. However, you have 14 days with Best Buy to try the device and see if it meets your needs and if you are not satisfied then you can exchange it and upgrade to a more powerful processor and a dedicated GPU.
