A:Answer Hi, I currently am using 6 monitors in one hp computer running Windows 11 so I can try to help.(One connected via VGA and another with HDMI) First, I would say to double check your cables to make sure they are working and firmly inserted. Maybe try each monitor separate to verify both monitors and cables are working. Next, If you go to settings/system/display (where it shows screen 1 and 2) click next to identify and make sure its set to Extend desktop to this display. Under Multiple displays, mine are set to "Remember windows locations based on monitor connections." After that, check the monitor's built-in controls and select the correct input port. If its still not working, maybe check and see if there is an Update for external monitors firmware to help fix bugs and compatibility issues. (either mfg website or windows update). Hope this helps.
