Hi Shannon, thank you for the question. Yes, you can add a dedicated graphics processor - that's the glory of having a desktop unit - flexibility! We don't recommend mixing-matching RAM when upgrading, as it can cause instability. It's best to stay with the resident RAM specs, in this case UDIMM.
