- Answer Hello, according to the Sims4 specifications on their website this laptop should be sufficient however whenever looking to game it is always recommended to have a dedicated graphics card and the strongest processor, in this situation a Ryzen 7. However, you have 14 days with Best Buy to try the device and see if it meets your needs and if you are not satisfied then you can exchange it and upgrade to a more powerful processor and a dedicated GPU. QuestionIs the manufacturer's warranty onsite or return to depot? If we get the Geek Squad extended warranty, does it supersede the manufacturer, or does the 3-Year Geek Squad warranty become a one year manufacturer plus 2 additional years Geek Squad?

- Answer Hello, the Geek Squad warranty overlaps with the HP Limited Warranty for the 1st year as the limited warranty does not cover cracks or spills. The manufacturer's warranty is not repaired at the retailer store. Thank you for being an HP customer!

- Answer Not directly. However, the Geek Squad at your local Best Buy could install a different SSD in this computer. You'll need to contact them directly for pricing to have the drive installed.

- Answer The motherboard is codenamed "Erica5" and the SSID for it is 87D7. While the motherboard itself can handle the card, the power supply in the computer is rated at 180 watts, so there isn't enough power to run the card.

- Answer Nvidia's recommendation is for a power supply that provides 300 watts. It could still work if you don't have a lot of other cards and things drawing power, but there's no way to guarantee it.

- Answer On the Best Buy site if you look at the Specifications and look under Graphics, you will see that this unit is using Integrated graphics and is not using a stand-alone graphics card. If you want to look at the specifics for the Radeon graphics on this processor, you can look up the processor model number on the AMD site and you can that processor model number under Key Specs on the Best Buy site. It has a 7 Graphics Cores and the Graphics Frequency is 1900 MHz.

- Answer I tested with Nvidia and no problem with small power supply. However if you are not gaming the onboard works flawlessly with my Samsung QN90 4k TV in 4k.
