Answered by GE AnswersDo not add water to this air conditioner. The air cooling process will create a small amount of water. If the code 'FL' appears on the display, the internal water tank will need emptied. This is done by pulling the plug on the back, bottom of the unit and draining into a shallow pan. It will only need emptied in especially humid situations.
What is the length of the electrical cord and is it 2 or 3 prong?
