“Hi, We have one for our church to run PowerPoint slides on five monitors. About every 20 minutes or so, the video drops (the audio continues, however) for a few seconds but it starts back up after that. Would an upgraded graphics card prevent this?”

It might, but without actually troubleshooting what's going on, simply swapping out parts may not solve the problem. Your best option is to contact a trained repair person who can look at the system while it's running to see if they can identifiy the specific problem.
