With Windows 10, there are six or seven different caches. There's no way to clear most of them short of rebooting, and no way to automatically clear any of them. However, with a solid state drive, you'll find that shutting down and rebooting is significantly quicker than with a conventional hard drive. With my current computer, it's less than 30 seconds from the time I tell it to restart until I'm ready to start working again.
