“It says it’s open box excellent. Does it mean it haven’t been used only box was open? And how old is it and does it still have factory warranty for one year?”

It may have been used briefly, but the computer will be put back into it's original configuration. The Dragonfly computers were introduced in the beginning of this year, and yes, they still come with the factory warranty of a year from the time you purchase the computer.
