There is one version that has the Nvidia 4060 in it and a touchscreen-its item 6537115. But it is a 16" screen, has an i7 processor and the same amount of RAM.

I suspect that if you go to the HP website or call their sales dept directly, they could set you up with a modified version of this laptop. I think this because I once wanted different internals and features on a model, and the sales person helped me set it up and gave me the price changes for the upgrades. So, I'd try calling HP's direct sales. They even got me a good deal on a new printer when I placed the order.
