3. What does the more RAM does? Does it makes the laptop work faster with the programs? Or it provides more storage capacity?
4.  Also, HP answered in one or two of the other previous postings, that this laptop is not ugradeabls.   These previous answers do not conflit the this one you just gave?  Or...(please clarify).

Hi Nick, I think you might mean GB, not MB. Yes, you can upgrade the RAM up to 64GB in total. That would be a maximum of 32GB per slot. The Iris Xe graphics card cannot be changed out, as it's integrated, and there is no room to add a discrete graphics card.
