“I contacted HP customer support to help find a compatible stylus pen for this unit and they told me it comes with one. Mine did not come with one. Does this laptop supposed to come with a stylus pen?”

I already contacted Bestbuy customer support and they told me it doesnt come with a stylus. I asked if they would reach out to HP for me and file a claim for one, they told me I would have to do that myself, even though I just spent over 1400.00 with them and also signed up for their Plus membership. So much for good customer service these days......
