Yes. Search Bar -> Device Manager -> Human Interface Devices -> HID-compliant touch screen (double click) -> Drivers tab -> Disable Device (don't uninstall since its probably a pain to get reinstalled). This will keep the screen on but no touchscreen inputs. Works with all windows 10 and 11 touchscreen laptops
