“As I don’t print frequently should I shut off with button on back? Or always leave on? Could not find manual for this printer”

• I shut mine off from the back button. Leave it on if you print frequently or use the WiFi or print anywhere feature. That way you can always access it for a printout.

• Typically, I leave the printer shut off when I'm not using it. If you shut it off with the power button, that gives the printer a chance to cap the print heads so they're not exposed to air, which can cause them to clog and require running the head cleaning utility or even replacing the cartridges..
