Thank you for the question. The differences between the Envy 7858 and the Envy Inspire 7958e are mainly in the features. The Envy Inspire 7958e comes with an offer of 6 months of free ink coverage with HP Instant Ink, as well as a free second year of product warranty and use of special features on the free HP Smart App. The Envy Inspire 7958e does not have a card slot, USB flashdrive port, Ethernet port, or landline fax function. The Envy 7858 supports earlier versions of Windows (Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11).
