“My printer worked great - until it didn't. Like at all. When I plug it in and power on it starts to boot up, but never gets to the menu screen. Product is less than three years old. I attempted to contact HP but couldn't get an answer. What can I do?”

3 to 4 years is about the average life of a printer. Doubt HP will be of much help.
