Hello Mark and thank your question! The HP TE01-5344 Envy desktop computer can support a dedicated graphics card but the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 will not work because the power supply built into this computer is not able to support it. The power requirement for that graphics card averages about 450 watts and this computer has a 310 watt power supply.
