It has one HDMI and some out of date VGA plug. You will need add a graphics card to support 3 monitors.

I followed the guidance from the HP official answer to this question and could not get any USB to DVI or VGA adapter to work over USB or USB-C on this computer. The adapters were all functional, working on an HP laptop. This is disappointing as I should have just bought the next model up which has the ability for 4 monitors as built. I believed that a low-cost dongle would have worked given this HP Official answer, now I'm looking at a at least $100 for a basic graphics card.

It has one VGA and one HDMI connector, however, you can connect adapters. After connecting and turning on the monitors, you'll go to Settings>displays to identify the connected monitors (#1, #2, #3) and set the orientation and resolution for each. Set to "extend" which will enable you to drag something from screen 1 to screen 3, etc.
