“Some Envy 750-124 reviews report wake up and shut down problems. Did anyone (e.g., HP) figure out why these problems turned up on some machines reviewed in November, 2015, and how to fix the problem? I would not buy a computer, regardless of price, if it could not wake up from the "sleep" mode, or shutdown without having to pull the plug.”

Simple, defective pc, take it back, this machine is amazing if you know how to set it up and get the settings correctly it WILL work perfectly, but if you can't turn it 'on' or "off' it's defective.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought first and returned, and ordered the second and did the same. both came with the same problem. Screen freezes and you have to shut it off by pushing the power buttom. I tried google chrome, mozilla, explorer and nothing worked.
