On the issue with not showing the back of the computer, I've notified my boss with HP, who is escalating the issue. Best Buy uses the images that HP supplies. Yes, the computer has an Ethernet port on the back. You can't order it with Windows 10 Pro, however, you can have the Geek Squad at your local Best Buy install it for you. The computer ships with a "recovery partition" that has the Windows installation on it. The Geek Squad should also be able to create an installation disk from that.
