“I bought this setup a couple of months ago and for the most part I'm very satisfied with it. The keyboard is disappointing in that the keys aren't sensitive. I have to hammer the keys with force. Is there some way to increase the sensitivity of the keys?”

This is a windows function under control panel. To change the keyboard sensitivity: Open Control Panel. Go to Ease of Access Center. Under Explore all settings, click on Make the keyboard easier to use. Under See also, click on Keyboard settings to open Keyboard Properties. In the Speed tab, under Character repeat, adjust the Repeat delay and Repeat rate to your preference. Hopefully this will help you.
