Does this printer require to use only HP ink cartridges or can you use a refilled cartridge? I have bought cartridges from Costco in HP packaging that produce errors and will not work. Is there a master reset button? null

I've never had problems with Costco cartridges. But now I subscribed for the HP ink program and I'm not worry of running out of ink. They will be sending automatically the cartridge. Highly recommended if you use a lot your printer,

We do not recommend the use of refilled ink cartridges; if you purchased brand new, genuine HP ink from Costco and they are not functioning, we recommend exchanging them for a new set. If you are re-filling your ink cartridges with non-genuine HP, we cannot guarantee your printer will accept/use them.
