i was able to scan one page but not 20? null

When you open the printer software to scan, it asks what type of file you want to create - - choose "save as PDF." Then scan the first page. The software will then open a window that has a large + on the lower left-hand side. Click on the + -- it will then let you scan a 2nd page and add it to your file. I think you can add as many pages as you need. Hope this helps!
