To further clarify my question regarding the battery, is it soldered onto the motherboard or is it connected via a ribbon cable and a molex-type connector? Please let me know as this is a VERY important detail to me. I get the RAM part and find it odd that anyone would solder memory to the board as if you have a memory failure you are screwed. Thanks in advance!
