“My bluetooth won't connect to a speaker. What can be done about this? It will connect but it won't stay connected and there seems to be some interference. The speaker works with all of my other devices so why doesn't it work with my laptop?”

I purchased a three year warranty with this. The screen got broke with in six months all I had to do was take it back to Best Buy. Got it back in 5 days cost $0. I always buy the warranty!
