At the push of a button it will bring up tools that you can use, and it works great to take notes on the screen, or even to use to move sidebars, and open and close applications. It's a little pricey, but I'm glad I purchased it.
A:AnswerYou need to update the BIOS...a popup will appear that states the ac adapter needs to be upgraded but that is a false message. Once the BIOS is updated, this message will no longer pop up. Refer to Hewlett Packard web site for correct BIOS as well as install instructions...just type in your serial number or product name and follow.
So the answer to your question is that there is no problem with the power cord...its with the BIOS...at least this is what fixed this specific issue on my machine.
