A: This product does not include a DVD-CD drive. There is no additional information to answer the remaining question.
A: the computer came with Office 365 preloaded and 30 days included. However, i would not recommend this computer. it took a call to customer service to get the pop up about the included power cord not being sufficient to turn off. Apparently the power cord in the box isn't the recommended one and the computer constantly reminds you. then, after two weeks, my Envoy completely shut down. Will not power on - nothing. HP Customer service needs me to return the unit with all my personal info on the hard drive. they would not recommend a local tech. will not buy HP again.
A: I would get the I7 version of this for the extra $100 its worth it more RAM and better graphics.

A: Yes. Sims 4 has options that will allow you to customize your gameplay for your laptop settings, but I haven't had to dumb down my graphics in order to play. It runs the game well.
