the computer came with Office 365 preloaded and 30 days included. However, i would not recommend this computer. it took a call to customer service to get the pop up about the included power cord not being sufficient to turn off. Apparently the power cord in the box isn't the recommended one and the computer constantly reminds you. then, after two weeks, my Envoy completely shut down. Will not power on - nothing. HP Customer service needs me to return the unit with all my personal info on the hard drive. they would not recommend a local tech. will not buy HP again.
