Hi Ramsey! Here is the HP Maintenance and service manual for the HP 15M-ED0023DX laptop. On page 16 you can see that the laptop has 2 slots for memory modules(Items # 14). http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06612241 On page 20 you can see the supported memory modules: Part # L67710-005 - which is 16 GB (DDR4-3200 MHz, 1.2 v) is one of those supported memory modules. The laptop can support 32GB of RAM.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The laptop comes with 12GB of RAM total. One 4GB stick and another 8GB stick. So there are 2 memory card slots. You can upgrade it to 32GB by replacing what is in there now with two 16GB sticks.
