• Yes it is compatible with Freesync. Not sure abut FPS for COD but my son gets upwards of 90-100 fps on fortnite. You can google RX 580 and I'm sure you can find COD fps somewhere.

• Easily 60 FPS (at 1080p and highest settings). The graphics card is free sync capable.
