It's a proprietary model. I think HP calls it their Sunflower motherboard. You can look it up on their website. You can't really transfer it to another case because the mount holes are different from ATX. I tried. I ended up buying a MSI Tomahawk B450 and transferring the rest of the parts to another case. You'll also need a different power supply as the included one is also proprietary with no 24-pin motherboard connector and only 2 SATA power connectors. Get a better CPU cooler as well as the included one is barely adequate
