• Contact them to see... HP Connected.com. Their phone number should be there. I can print from my phone to the printer without a computer if necessary.

• You need WiFi and internet connectivity to use HP Instant Ink. Otherwise the printer will not be able to notify HP when it needs ink or update the page count. If you have the ability to connect it to the internet every week or so then you could still likely use Instant Ink with it.
