This printer can definitely print on label paper! You can use Word templates or Avery's software and labels!

Yes, the printer will print labels and special type paper (check printer specs for size & weight). Only print drivers are available from HP. To print labels, go to www.Avery.com for software / templates to print on labels.

Yes the printer does print on sheets of labels. I used the label feature in Microsoft Word when printing labels.
