The going price for each color cartridge is around $80 and the black cartridge is around $70. They also have high capacity cartridges that are good for about twice as many prints for about 50% more. I suggest going to HP's website to see their price and shop for a better one at Best Buy, Amazon, or other dealers. CAUTION: HP's latest printers can "stop working" if you don't use authentic HP cartridges, so don't plan to go that route if you use this printer.

For HP 206A, we recommend looking at SKUs: 6402264, 6402260, 6402179, and 6402262 for the most current prices. For HP 206X, the SKUs are: 6402259, 6402261, 6402181, and 6402180. You can put the SKU number in the search box on Best Buy's website.
