• Hello. Thanks for your question. Laser printers are great for printing a lot of documents. The dpi (dots per inch) on this printer is up to 600 x 600 dpi. That means the dots per inch are bigger than the dots per inch from an inkjet printer. An inkjet printer is great for documents and photos and it has bigger dots per inch, which means the dots are smaller.
