“I have Century Link as my internet. I don't know if I have Wireless. I know I have USB which I plug into computer. Not sure about wireless. Not sure is this enough to answer my question if I can use Wireless?”

Unfortunately, it's impossible to tell from your description whether you have WiFi or not, but Century Link could tell you. The good news is that regardless of what they tell you, you'll be able to use the printer wirelessly. If their service includes WiFi, you can connect the printer to the same network and use it that way. If you don't have WiFi, the printer has a feature called Wireless Direct that can create a local "printing only" wireless network. You can put the computer on that network and use the printer wirelessly that way.
