My HP 3830 printer stopped printing in color soon after I started to use it. When the black ink ran out I replaced both the black and color cartridges. It still won't print in color! Anyone know what is going on?? I am using the "63" ink cartridges. null

In order for it to print in color, you need to press the color button, otherwise it is going to default to black ink.
