Will the Black ink work without color cartridges? I only use Black. Color never gets used and dries up. Then the Black won't work either. Tired of buying color ink that I don't use. Please let me know. Quite interested in this model. null

Ours will print if the color cartridge is empty. You can also choose to print black only in print color options.

Yes. This is an HP 2-cartridge printer, and hence you can print with a single cartridge if you want to. Simply remove the cartridge you don't want.
