“Are printhead errors common for this printer? I had this printer for less than a year. It is giving me a printhead error. I have followed all the instructions on the HP website to fix it. No luck. HP doesn't seem interested in helping me. Before I buy another HP printer, is this a common problem? Seems to be the case looking at the internet.”

• I've had the same problem twice. Once with original and later with replacement sent by HP. It seems to me this problem is common for this printer. Not sure about other models.
