“I just bought a OfficeJet Pro 6975 which is in the same family. I am running Window vista. When trying to download driver from CD or on line,I am told there is not one. Why is that?”

Windows Vista is not supported by Microsoft so there won't be any available drivers. I would upgrade your OS.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry that I can't answer this question. I've had my own issues with my printer. . . . computer says it's 'offline' and I 'play games' with both until it works. I just figured it was me. Good luck finding help else where. . . .
