A:AnswerWill it scan directly to an email, I don't think so. I've had to scan to a file and then have it attached to an email. I usually want to have a copy of what I have sent.
A:AnswerThis printer is compatible with a MacBook. I have both a PC Laptop & MacBook Pro 2021. HP made the printer compatible for both systems. Most printers are designed to work with both Microsoft & Apple systems.
A:AnswerYes. After you have removed the regular everyday printing paper and replaced it with photo quality print sheet(s) all that you have to do is manually change the type / kind of paper in your printer settings on your compatible compiuter.
A:AnswerI believe my book with instructions stated the printer would only work with genuine hp cartridges. My printer is too new and not used often to need ink. But i intend to use hp cartridges. My previous printer in the same line lasted about 15 yrs, I would like for this one to be trouble free for a number of years.
A:AnswerIf I take your question literally, it appears you are asking about refilling an empty cartridge. I don't think HP officially sanctions that, and could be the reason the indicator does not change. The HP Team's answer applied when you replace (rather than refill) the cartridge. BUT - I am just guessing here. Hope it works out for you.
A:AnswerYes, this printer has faxing capability telephone port on back next to the USB and network cable.
I've never used that option but it is available.
A:AnswerThank you for the question. The ink levels should change automatically when a fresh replacement cartridge is installed. If not, power down the printer, unplug it for a few seconds, plug it in, and power on. If you continue having an issue, please reach out to support.hp.com for assistance.
